We are constantly monitoring the situation about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we fully understand the uncertainty caused to our customers about their bookings and holiday plans for the upcoming season.
To relieve, wherever possible, these uncertainties we updated our policies as follows.
1. For booking made from today until March 2021 the down payments conditions will be the following:
first payment will be the 10% within 5 days from confirmation;
second payment equal to the 20% after 14 days from confirmation;
third payment equal to 20% after 1 month from confirmation.
2. Customers are entitled to enquire a voucher not earlier than 3 weeks before charter departure, only if the borders of the NSS base are closed due to Covid 19 and not later than 1 week before charter departure.
2a) If NSS has received the full payment: NSS will provide to the agent a voucher valid one year by the original departure date. It will be apply 2020 price list. If the new departure will be in a different season, with higher price, is necessary to pay the difference. If the new booking will be with cheaper price, NSS will provide a new voucher for the difference. It is possible to use the voucher for all 2021 season with the payment of 15% surcharge that must be paid with the balance.
2b) If NSS has received only the down payment: NSS will provide a voucher to the agent, favor to the tourist, for the amount collected. The voucher is valid one year by the original departure date. The customer, in case there is a difference of price for the new booking, has to pay the difference.
